Tame Your Mane

haircut

We comb it.
We wash it.
We style it and sometimes we lose it.

It’s our hair.

On this edition of The Regina Brett Show, hair stylists from around Northeast Ohio share tips of their trade to assist you in taming your mane. They have advice for both men and women.

Plus, one of our stylists told a Grammy award-winning singer that she needed a new do.  She sat in his chair and he gave her a signature style.  The songstress unveiled her new look on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine.  Find out who this songstress was and how the stylist got the nerve to tell her the truth.

And, is gray the new blonde?  Regina’s sister Joan says yes!  She shares her story of how she ditched coloring and embraced her grayish white locks.

I just want to thank Mrs. Danielle Wiggins and Regina Brett for having me as a guest on the Regina Brett Show! I had a blast sharing my opinion with your audience and the other professionals! Call me anytime for future shows. Thanks again!!

A fellow author and past guest of yours, Janet Oberholtzer, told me about your show on hair. I especially enjoyed the segment with your sister, Joan, as she spoke about her decision to go gray. My book, “Lunch with Lucille”, takes a look at many of the same issues Joan shared with your audience and offers practical solutions to some universal, prickly issues, such as aging, going gray, self-confidence, self-image, and achievement. “Lucille” has a fundamental message, “you are your best asset, at any age!” Thanks for highlighting (no pun intended) the topic and if you would like to further discuss women and aging and learn about the secrets of “Lucille’s 4 – Diamond” brooch (aka, jewel of inspiration), which was featured in the WSJ, MarketWatch Retirement Living, let me know. Regards, Annarose
